The new rules of public art

I came across this set of rules published by a Bristol-based group called Situations; this is an art organization that is dedicated to commissioning and producing compelling and new forms of public art. In the document, the twelve rules showcase the endless possibilities for public art and how it is an expansive practice. I found it interesting to read through these and think about how I can adapt my idea for project 4 to be more inventive and impactful, like these rules describe public art to be.
