Dadaism Overview

This article gives an overview of Dadaism and includes descriptions of the most influential pieces of art in the movement. One piece highlighted in the article is Reciting the Sound Poem "Karawane" (1916) by Hugo Ball. Ball's poem is a combination of sounds that do not form any real words or make any sense to represent how he did not understand how the European countries of that time were not able to resolve their issues rationally. Ball also designed a costume for his performance pictured below.
