Creative Blockage Music

In a unit where sound is our muse, I thought about the way sound interacts with the brain. If classical music can help one focus on learning and memorizing concepts, then what kind of music would inspire creativity? I found a video that might be helpful when working in class. Granted, it might not work for everyone, but it seems promising.

  1. Thanks for sharing this. I often find myself listening to similar types of music while working on prepping projects for our course - atmospheric music / synth, without lyrics specifically. If I am working on a text-based project, lyrics compete for attention, however if I'm in my studio and working on purely visual / image-based work, I tend to sustain focus regardless of what I am listening to.
